The final Fidget Train prototype was tested with the 'lead-user', a child with hemiplegic cerebral palsy who needed special focus on motor development in the right side of his body, and with children of all ability levels at a daycare center.

Play engagement was measured based on touch-time and toy functions accomplished. The Fidget Train successfully encouraged two-handed fine motor development in all children.
